Viscum album, is of European origin and are most commonly found on apple trees, sometimes growing on oak trees as well. This latter species is highly venerated by ancient Celts and Germans and is used as a ceremonial plant.
Mistletoe is an evergreen hemi-parasitic plant. It grows on the branches of host deciduous trees and forms clusters or "bushes" from 20 to 60 inches (50-150 cm) in diameter, drawing all its nourishment from the tree on which it grows. Small flowers mature into berries which are sticky to the touch and whitish in colour. They remain on the plant throughout the winter.

Suggested Use
Pour 1 cup of cold water over 1 tablespoon of herb. Steep for about 10 to 12 hours, then strain. Drink only 1 to 2 cups daily.

Pregnant women and nursing mothers should not consume this herb. Keep out of reach from children.
